A 87 year old Lady presented to her General Practitioner with gradual onset and rapidly progressive shortness of breath and right sided chest pain. Observations in the GP surgery were within normal limit. No abnormalities were found on systemic examination. GP requested an outpatient chest radiograph. She has had chest radiograph done (Fig. A) which was reported to be having a 2.4 cm mass lesion seen and projected over the lateral segment of right middle lobe with a slightly prominent hilar region.
