A 45-year old lady complained of small nodules on the skin and increase in size of the left breast for the last 5months. On examination, the left breast was grossly enlarged and skin overlying the breast showed multiple firm, non-tender and erythematous nodules ranging from a few millimeters to over a centimeter in size. A few nodules had ulcerated. In the lower part of the breast, skin edema and “peau d'orange” appearance was noted (Fig. 1). On palpation, a well defined lump of size 8.5×9.2cm occupied the centre of the left breast which was fixed to the chest wall.
