The recent publication on Zika virus infection is very interesting [1]. As noted by Bandyopadhyay and Hajra, there are several possible eye problems due to Zika virus infection [1]. An important concern is the hidden eye problem in cases with Zika virus infection. Bandyopadhyay and Hajra might focus on the eye problems seen in the infants with Zika virus infection but the problem in adult cases should not be forgotten. In fact, most cases with Zika virus infection are asymptomatic [2]. Nevertheless, the main question is whether there is any underdiagnosed eye problem in those asymptomatic cases.
