Incident cases of non-tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) are steadily increasing worldwide [1]. Among NTM, Mycobacterium marinum (M. marinum) is one of the causes of extrapulmonary mycobacterial infections in humans; however, its diagnosis and treatment are challenging [2].
