Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) and Takotsubo syndrome (TTS) are increasingly recognized. Both conditions predominantly affect females, with an incidence of up to 4% in patients presenting with acute coronary syndromes (ACS) [1,2]. However, their underlying pathophysiological mechanisms remain unclear. Therefore, this study aimed to compare the clinical features and outcomes of SCAD and TTS patients.
